By accessing, browsing, or using the PATHIX CS platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue access or use of our services.

PATHIX CS reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these terms at its sole discretion. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Description of Services

PATHIX CS provides a cloud-based platform offering AI-powered content generation, script development, code optimization, data analytics, and related digital tools (collectively, the "Services"). The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for lawful business or personal purposes. Feature availability, pricing, and service tiers are subject to change.

User Responsibilities

Account Security. Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.

Lawful Use. Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

Prohibited Conduct. You must not upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with services, generate abusive content, or reverse-engineer any aspect of the platform.

Intellectual Property

Our IP. The PATHIX CS platform, including its codebase, design, branding, logos, and technology, is owned by PATHIX CS and protected by intellectual property laws.

User Content. You retain full ownership of content you create. By using the platform, you grant PATHIX CS a license to host and process your content solely to provide the Services.

AI-Generated Output. Output generated by AI tools is provided without warranty. You assume all responsibility for reviewing and validating AI-generated content before use.

Payment & Subscriptions

Fees. Certain features require payment. All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our refund policy. Pricing may change with 30 days notice.

Billing. Subscriptions are billed in advance monthly or annually. You authorize PATHIX CS to charge your payment method on each billing date.

Plan Changes. Upgrading takes effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Limitation of Liability

PATHIX CS and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. PATHIX CS reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access for conduct that violates these terms.

Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases immediately. Sections regarding Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law shall survive termination.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our handling of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

We implement reasonable measures to protect your data. However, no electronic storage is completely secure.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PATHIX CS is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys fees and costs.
